1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (including change of mind), you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Shipping Cost for Change of Mind Returns:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. Returns Due to Shipping Issues, Defects, or Malfunctions

If you are returning an item because of shipping damage, incorrect item sent, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

Timeframe:

For shipping damage or incorrect items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

For product defects discovered after use: Please notify us within the 1-Year Warranty period (see Section 3).

Shipping Cost for These Returns:

We will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for a pickup.

3. One-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers:

Malfunctions: The product fails to operate as intended due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Quality Issues: The product develops issues that are not caused by normal wear and tear.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading).

Consumable parts (if applicable).

Warranty Process:
If your product experiences a covered malfunction within one year, please contact us. We will either:

Repair the product;

Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model; or

Issue a full refund (if repair or replacement is not feasible).

Shipping for Warranty Claims:

We will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

To start a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return/claim

    • Photos or videos showing the issue (for defects or shipping damage)

  2. We will review your request and provide you with the return address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back according to the instructions provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

  • Partial Refunds: If you return an item under "Change of Mind" and the item shows signs of use or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds (unless defective):

7. International Orders

For customers outside the United States (if applicable), return shipping costs for "Change of Mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer. For defective items or warranty claims, please contact us to discuss shipping arrangements.
