14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Crouryid each waive any right to a jury trial.
Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court (if the claim qualifies) without first engaging in arbitration.
Statute of Limitations: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
16. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Site and deleting your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
